live from New York, it's OCgirl

Hey, peeps. Blogging to ya from NYC, JFK airport as I sit here waiting for my connecting flight to San Diego. I'm off to La Jolla for work (ooooh...I like the sound of that, makes me sound official or something). The flight from Dulles to JFK wasn't so bad. I love flying JetBlue. I love that I got to flip through 4 different ESPN channels while sitting in my seat.

Normally, I get to fly JetBlue directly to Cali (luckily for OCgirl, they have direct flights from Dulles to Long Beach airport, OCgirl's favorite airport in Southern California). But today, I have a layover and I'm really worried about my baggage getting lost. I noticed today that not a lot of people brought carry on luggage. Basically, if you have any kind of personal product in your bag (shampoo, lotion, liquid foundation), you're gonna have to check it in. I had to throw away my hand lotion at the security check point because I forgot it was in my shoulder bag. Damn it. A full lil' bottle of antibacterial lotion from Bath and Body Works. Stupid terrorists have to ruin it for everybody.
